I don't know if that might lead to more issues, so best thing is to just try... Could be though. Fingers crossed! Alexby Alex - General Discussion
What you should see is like this sshot: If you are seeing the green box, then please sned a sshot of it with what you feel is missed. But if you're not even seeing the green box, then remember that Woocommerce plugin support in the RTD forums is really an extent in case of bugs. However, this kind of free support is limited to the recommended platforms only. I am stating this because ofby Alex - General Discussion
Hello, The plugin is provided mostly to be a base for further customization. So I think the best for you will be to edit the RTD plugin itself, it's easy lo locate those entries. They're in the realtimedesigner_set_custom_thumbnail and realtimedesigner_order_item_name functions, into the woocommerce-realtimedesigner.php fileby Alex - General Discussion
That might very well be the cause then. I remember I've already seen item price correct but wrong totals, on the 3.x versions. Of course we're planning to make a new 3.x compatible version, but that's not under the short-term radar yetby Alex - General Discussion
RTD does not really have anything at product level for shipping. Shipping options are general for all of your products, the only product-based variable is actually the weight onlyby Alex - General Discussion
Hello, which version of Woocommerce are you running? The plugin is known to have pricing issues with the newest 3.x versions, so if that's what you're using that might be the cause.by Alex - General Discussion
Unless you use tempate filtering at RTD level, the only way to alter it ONLY in Woocommerce is to edit the php file that displays templates (RTD_templates.php). But the easiest way is to do this in the RTD, under "Configure Products => yoru prodcut => General Templates Filtering"by Alex - General Discussion
Hi, BUUUUUUUUUUUUSY days here, so honestly I still have to revise the doc. But I wanted to post to let you know I saw you posted it, so thanks in advance for that. Better comment coming soon!by Alex - General Discussion
Good! If you don't want to forget, I'd be glad to host it here and make your notes part of the official support section. You're not required to do this, but in case you'll feel like making a PDF you think could be useful notes know I would surely allow it a place in the howtos section. Alexby Alex - General Discussion
As written on your link, the product is: New Products - CSC => YARD SIGNS - CSC => REAL ESTATE PRODUCTS => 18" x 24" Light Weight Panels w/Frame I hadn't searched for it, I simply browsed to the appropriate category. The image you see in the instant pricing though is the catalog image one. It's a rarely used one, so no surprise you are not finding it. You have to go in prby Alex - General Discussion
Sorry but no. By design, product templates are strictly linked to the product they were created for. Only general templates can be switched between products. If you really want to "clone" a product template to another product the only way is to import it, change the product while in the designer and then save it as a new product template (this time for the latest selected product).by Alex - General Discussion
No issues, no problem!by Alex - General Discussion
I did nothing, but this reinforces the feeling this was related to session cookies. Perhaps you had multiple ones set?by Alex - General Discussion
Don;t think it's the CSS. empty cart is just like saying the cookie was now set, or changed for whatever reason. I do not have FF here, I'm using PaleMoon which is still a port based on FF code. But things works ok in there. Any luck in spotting some details if you try to keep an eye on FF's console while performing the action?by Alex - General Discussion
What happens if you try it standalone? The url you're calling in that page is this: http://designer.realtimedesigner.com/customsigncenter-1/instant_pricing/index.php&system_products_categories_id=10891&product_id=51323& I tried and had no problems. so 1st of all I'd like to understand if you're experiencing this everytime with a specific browser, or only when you're into the contby Alex - General Discussion
That dropdown changes the SIZE of the product, and the value you set for "Size Override" is what's matching different pricing matrices. But this has nothing to do with the cliparts you have in the designer. The only way to have an addon affected by the used clipart is when you have a "clipart category based" addon, and for that product you have none. The only addons you have aby Alex - General Discussion
Yes, I am referring to the impact on the system as well as the serving speed of everything. WIll read the good read in the next daysby Alex - General Discussion
A note first of all. I will not be online Friday and Saturday, so expect no answers from me tomorrow (sorry!). About the issue: is that really one? I cannot understand. You provided no direct links, but the setup of tha product shows only configurator based addons. Those will affect pricing only in cart. The only priginc that can change pricing while designing is with addons based on number ofby Alex - General Discussion
Here's my possible plan. I already made some tests to force every little piece of the RTD to be served as HTTPS. It wokred of course, but it was done on a test company only. The thing is to understand if and how much it would slow down things if used massively. For this, in a couple months, my plan would be to make an experimental option available only to some selected companies, where theyby Alex - General Discussion
Techincally we could be ready in a not super-long period. But all the considerations I wrote in my previous replies about currnet RTD links and strict compliance for frames are still valid. I am open in discussing the issue, and what we're doing here is precisely that: discussing the issue. I am presenting what the drawbacks would be (remember, every change made to the RTD would immediatelyby Alex - General Discussion
Hi, I don't know if it is related to the newest update of woocommerce. But if it is, I sent an email on April the 7th to all of our plugin users (including you, I checked) and I recommended, quoting myself: QuoteFor this, as it REALLY looks like this update can corrupt things, I would NOT UPDATE until it will be a little more stable. So, if this is becuase you updated to the new Woo versionby Alex - General Discussion
Immediate update: assuming I was right, I think the issue on clipart recolors should now be fixed. Can you plz check and confirm?by Alex - General Discussion
This might take some days for me to check because of busy days. But I have one question first. Based on your sshots it looks like you're experiencing the issue with clipart recolor. This should mean that groups works as expected for everything else (text and shape colors), but you are having this problem ONLY when trying to recolor a clipart. Is this assumption correct, or are you seeing the isby Alex - General Discussion
Looking at your example: If you're talking about something that will still price the item as qty=1 but shows 2 instead, then no, there's nothing to do something like that.by Alex - General Discussion
Products should relly not affect result of payment operations. The order numbers would be needed for me to check what happened. Also, order numbers not older than 24 hours would be better as there are some temp files that carry details of the payment screen which are normally removed after such timespanby Alex - General Discussion
Everything can be done in in DirectCSS. Here's some references to IDs and Classes that might help. For cart popup size: #cart_view, #unitprice_view the table (box) within: .cart_containertable Your logo: more likely there's a link to it into this block: #generating_progressbar, #unitgenerating_progressbar, #design_vrml_progressbar This would also be the block defining the size of your pby Alex - General Discussion
The RTD cart expires after 24 hours or non-activity of the user. If they're registered they can retrieve saved designs though. But if your question is about how to reach the RTD cart from OUTSIDE of the RTD during that timespan, then you can use the external cart module. In admin panel, Your RTD Links & Builders and look for the EMBEDDABLE MODULES links. For each store you have you will finby Alex - General Discussion
Those lines all have classes, so you can add spacing easily. The classes are: cartline_draftprice - the price line cartline_instantpricingupdate - the update line cartline_deleteitem - the remove line So, you can use something as simple as this in your DirectCSS to add spacing: .cartline_draftprice, .cartline_instantpricingupdate, .cartline_deleteitem { padding-bottom: 10px; }by Alex - General Discussion
Shouldn't be, so I assume there's again something in your setting. Link to product?by Alex - General Discussion
You mean add JS to the RTD designer? If that's the case, I would simply put this in the FOOTER CODE FOR DESIGNER section of your Stores Setup: <script src="myscripts.js"></script> And if you'll need to fire something on full load, you can use the function described here: http://support.realtimedesigner.com/forum/read.php?1,5368by Alex - General Discussion
