Done same way. Now class like local_table_clipspopup_thumbs_large_category_xxx existsby Alex - General Discussion
Done on purpose, was checking if you were paying attentionby Alex - General Discussion
There was no way to do it, but now I've added something that might help. The table originally had only the local_table_clipspopup class. Now I added also a 2nd one which includes the category ID, and looks somethng like this: local_table_clipspopup_category_xxxx where xxxx is the category ID. chcking with an inspector while loading a spacific category will give you the number you need. Hi Tamara, No, I never heard of this from other users. However, the RTD requires cookies to work because the cart is saved in user session: without cookies there cannot simply be ANY use session. But from your post I cannot understand one thing about this. You wrote it has something to do with cookies not being enabled. You meant it's about RTD not checking/setting the cookie, or that theby Alex - General Discussion
Just in case, have you considered the use of the instant procug tool? That can be found under the "INSTANT PRICING" section of the Your RTD Links & Builders area in admin panelby Alex - General Discussion
It is obviously no problem for fixed sized products, as there each size has a unique link. In any case, easiest way to get the link for a specific size, no matter if ranged of fixed, is browsing your catalog, starting here: http://designer.realtimedesigner.com/fastestbanner/catalog/ By unsing the "more info" button when selecting product you will land in pages like this: http://deby Alex - General Discussion
Hello, As you know the RTD offers the ability of integrating your designer with Fotolia images. This is possible because of a special deal we were able to close with them, and for now everything is ok. But as you probably heard already, after being acquired by Adobe, Fotolia will actually be killed by it. It's going to be "Adobe Stock". Of course I was following this thing prettby Alex - Announcements from the RealTimeDesigner Team
I'll have to try. I am closing some open projects now, so I'll see if I can test a little during the weekendby Alex - General Discussion
I will have to test a little to make a slider for Arch. In the meanwhile though I added one for char size, which now allows o go up to 120. Can you try thatand let me know how you feel it? You know, the only "issue" I see with sliders is the response time. We now have sliders for rotation, but that happens immediately. On the other hand, the char size will take a little time to generaby Alex - General Discussion
Uhm... kinda. I assume you're talking about radial arch, which currently shows 10 degrees values. If I change it to be a step-5 list, that would result in a list of 72 elements. With such amount I don't think the dropdown would be effective anymore probably. Before I do anything, what do you think about that "issue"?by Alex - General Discussion
That's experimental and no one ever asked again about it in the latest 2 years. So until now it only resided in the testserver. However, if you're willing to test it, I now released it in the regular RTD as well. You can find it as latest radio option in the Proportional Text / Fixed BBox under Show Advanced Admin Options for the item. Please note that even there I am calling that EXPERIMENTby Alex - General Discussion
Ok, now should be fixed. Please try and confirm. However, pay atention to one thing. The link you get for user cliparts is where they're supposed to be. However, by their nature, such cliparts could be purged from system if the order is from a non-registered user. Normally they will be re-imported in place only if and when needed, which means when generating hi-res or opening the old order baby Alex - General Discussion
In PRODUCT OPTIONS => Configure Products => your product the setting is under Configure Generator. In the CLIPARTS FEATURES column, disable the Color selection option for cliparts.by Alex - General Discussion
Hello, What you see is actually correct. Let me explain how this works. If you change the color of a clipart in normal mode, and if the clipart has less than 16 colors, you are offered to select a color from the image by clicking on it, and then selecting a replacement color. What RTD does then is to phisically replace the clicked color with the selected color, and that would give you theby Alex - General Discussion
No buttons nor anything "visible". It's already on for everyone, as it's a core function. I'm talking about the arrow keys of the keyboard. I've added new listeners so that, if arrows are pressed while an element is selected, it will move it around in small steps manually. Just one note though: if you've applied the trick described here: http://support.realtimedesigner.com/forum/reby Alex - Announcements from the RealTimeDesigner Team
Hello World! We know this might be a minor thing, but it was requested and now done. From now over, in the designer, it will be possible to move elements around also by using arrows. This had been requested to allow users some better finetuned placement of items, which just makes sense. And so... done!by Alex - Announcements from the RealTimeDesigner Team
Topic moved, you posted in the howtos section, but this is not an howto: it's a question About it, a sshot might help. If you're talking about the name of the product, it's normally showin into a div with ID design_shownname, which is nested into another one with ID BottomCommands_currentproduct. If you're seeing that in some stores but not in other, chance is you have one of those manipulatby Alex - General Discussion
Hi Scott! To answer your question: 1. From my end it really is adding your company ID to a special file that "triggers" the function on. So, it's a superfast process. In any case you can already modify your CSS: the HTTPS is already there for RTD in general, what this change does is to have alaos all internal links switched to https. So, if you want to just change to https your iby Alex - Announcements from the RealTimeDesigner Team
Hehe, easy things are never easy. Ok, I tested again. Problem now was about the EXACT MATCH kind of search. I'm not going to bother you too much with tech stuffs, so can you please try again and see if this time everything seems to match your keywords?by Alex - General Discussion
Ok, undone. I now see the problem. Cliparts were correctly ordered by order, however in global search categories were not. Now I changed things, and in search results will now be sorted fist by the categories order, and then by clipart order. Please try again and let me know. Thanks, Alexby Alex - General Discussion
"Kinda" my bad. I tried a fix, but let me explain. When a search is first performed, ALL of the results are shown in the page. Only when you actually click on a category it will show results relevant to that category only. It was actually sorting correctly, but being all together the feeling was not, becuase you were first receiving soretd items of different categories. So now Iby Alex - General Discussion
Unfortunately there's really not such a thing. Templates in any case would be readable by RTD only, they're in an internal format. As for cliparts, if needed, I could zip all of yours and provide a download link: however, this would be ok for you to have them offline, but would not be something good for "reimporting" them in RTD. I guess in general it depends on what you'd like o dby Alex - General Discussion
Took a little time to find it, but that's your fault. There's this in your directCSS: /* TRY TO PREVENT RANDOM 8 Px Shifting of the BG IMG in the DESIGNER */ .imgcontent_notenabled{left: 0px !important; top: 0px !important;} Now, guess what? that class is the class assigned to images that are disabled elements! In short, it's jumping up there simply because you forced it to do so.by Alex - General Discussion
for #1 you could do some HEAVY javascript hacking, but not really recommended. GenerateCode is an API tihng, so server to server. But placing an order is a browser thing, normally done in interactive interface by the user. So they're really 100% unrelatable things. You'd need to create a JS hack that puts some loop that verifies not only when the XML is loaded, but also when all of the resourceby Alex - General Discussion
You might find this useful: http://support.realtimedesigner.com/forum/read.php?5,1536 You missed the "cascade" of sections, which is well described in the above link. In short, in order section you need to place to show the items portion, or it will just not show at all. Similarly, in item template you have to put to loop the sides block if you need that too.by Alex - General Discussion
Using AutoIt sounds like a pretty bad idea to me. Main reason being it cannot take into account eventual slowdowns: if the "click" is perfrormed before the resource is technically able ot accept it, that would just go nowhere. Cos is right about the need of placing an order: allowing hi-res generation for non-placed orders is a feature exclusive for enterprise companies with customby Alex - General Discussion
So your problem is the frame being too narrow? If that's the case, setting it to 100% doe NOT mean 100% of the page, but 100 of the parent block element. In your case there are several elements forcing the max width to be 940px. I found mostly 2 in your page: <div class="container"> has a max-width of 940px <div class="span12" id="jcompon"> has a wiby Alex - General Discussion
Sorry but no. Reason is pretty simple: hires is the most resource-intensive task in the RTD, and allowing that via API would expose us to the risk of slowdowns because of excessive use of resources (with API no one could forbid something like launching 100 gens in a single second, for example). For this reason that's a feature that can be given only to customer with a dedicated install, and nby Alex - General Discussion
There is a CSS issue in there. Can be solved editing the style in SYSTEM OPTIONS => Styles Setup => . the problem is the startup image. With this entry in CSS you are forcing the left side to be 370 pixels: tr#mainlayout_tr_3 td#elements_sizectrl_s1 { max-width: 370px; min-height: 100% !important; } However, your startup image is wider (455 pixels) and so it covers and makes uby Alex - General Discussion
There's an undocumented specialcode that could be of use for you. It's and technically would be ORDER: Descriptions of matching external variables rules, if any. Honestly I do not remember why it is undocumented, so you can try using it and let me know if it just works as expected. In that case I'd dimple make that "official"by Alex - General Discussion
