Unfortunately there's really not such a thing.
Templates in any case would be readable by RTD only, they're in an internal format.
As for cliparts, if needed, I could zip all of yours and provide a download link: however, this would be ok for you to have them offline, but would not be something good for "reimporting" them in RTD.
I guess in general it depends on what you'd like o do with the exported files: if the plan is to have a local backup that can be reimported in the RTD, then the answer is no. If for whatever reason you want just the base files (which means, generated images for cliparts and thumbnails for templates), then I could create archives as said above.
