Thanks for your time exploring this Alex. I can't get the fix to help. I think my LAST resort will be to apply a warning on our site that detects Safari and asks users to turn the option off first or use another browser. At least until we can change our entire rtd without frames. I did find this https://www.tinywebgallery.com/blog/advanced-iframe/advanced-iframe-pro-demo/3rd-party-cookie-in-ifby cos - General Discussion
It's not a "do not track" thing. That's what Apple was using and now removed. In it's place they've added "Intelligent Tracking Prevention". Other browser may follow suit also. Who knows. Apple removing Do Not Track and adding Intelligent Tracking Preventionby cos - General Discussion
Alex, I think Zapier calls it Zapier Integration. You as the developer of an integration (Zap is what I've always called it) build the desired functionality using Zapier's methods. After the integration is available it's very easy for users to connect rtd to the many other services offered thru Zapier. RTD users would have private access to use the integration. You probably wouldn't allow it avaiby cos - General Discussion
Oh me oh my. Lots to consider in the grand scheme of my current chewingby cos - General Discussion
I think the proper process is for RTD to work with Zapier to make a Zap and then provide private access to RTD admins who can easily integrate it with all other Zapier Zaps. It's really simple once the RTD Zap is in the system. There's no other guess work or messing around. Just match up this with that for each step you want.by cos - General Discussion
Apple has updated Safari browser and added into privacy preferences a default checked to on "Website tracking: Prevent cross-site tracking". It is impossible to load the designer without going into preferences and unchecking this option. The cookie POOPup thing just keeps appearing. Anything we can do about this?by cos - General Discussion
Hey. I brought this subject up some time ago. Zapier is very popular and integrates with a boatload of services. Such services are getting more common and being integrated into just about everything these days, especially Zapier. It add an great deal of flexibility without using a programmer to do the work.by cos - General Discussion
I believe we all need to keep a watch on this and research to see if it is as much a threat as this article suggests as it could potentially prove to be quite a threat to our businesses if we aren't careful. Troubling Copyright Bill Goes to the US Senateby cos - General Discussion

Thanks Alex. You're right. Not optimal. Not even close to acceptable. But, the first option is great and exactly what would be perfect . . . if the type were clear. Surely, there must be some way to get the type clear. Now you've ruined me forever because like a child I see the candy, but can't have it!by cos - General Discussion
Having not touched font renderings in the popup list in who knows when, I can't find that it is possible to change the Fonts Images rendered size. Is this possible? And, is it possible to change the number of columns in display fonts popup? Some Fonts Images can be almost impossible to see clearly.by cos - General Discussion
Perfect. Padding can also be added into these. Thank you Alex.by cos - General Discussion
Could you also add the same to the popup thumbnail image?by cos - General Discussion
Thank Alex. Works perfectly. Although, you left off the leading "." in the example.by cos - General Discussion

Great feature that will be very handy. Thanks Alex.by cos - Announcements from the RealTimeDesigner Team
#2 is why I said this "If you are sure that all of the settings you made to the product and your customers have things properly entered into the designer, then this feature is quite nice." You could rethink how you are setting up the product and possibly get everything you need in the download. Maybe. Possibly. Could be. I don't know.by cos - General Discussion
Not exactly sure what you mean, but could it be in the Product -> Configure Generator -> General Settings -> Allow Moving items outside the design area "Disabled" This keeps things within the bounds of the template and sounds like you have that enabled.by cos - General Discussion
I apologize in advance if this is a long read and not exactly addressing your needs. You want to send the specs to rtd and return the ready to print image? You mean without placing an order? In that case, I see why Alex's answer makes sense. You could quickly generate hi res files, bog down the system and melt the server! @kalexander I'm curious as to your needs. There is a special code for Email & Export Templates and External Notification on Submittal that will return the hires pdf file: with description "ITEM: link to generate PDF hires from outside the RTD. Thought I would take a moment and report here about how extremely happy we are about this. Depending on your site size and how you get things done, it can take quite a bit of work to get everything set to https, but well worth the trouble as Alex has done a superior job at making everything as smooth as possible. We have been 100% https for over a month and haven't found any reason to go back.by cos - Announcements from the RealTimeDesigner Team
When a discount code is applied in the cart, the text appears in the item something like "You've saved $$ on this item". That's great. Is there any way to capture that amount so that it can be shown in the email and export templates and/or in the external submittal?by cos - General Discussion
That is the point of bringing this up. Two codes give double discount, so do not want that. So then, how could we offer a permanent ongoing discount to certain customers and offer a sale discount too? It's impossible.by cos - General Discussion
Resurrecting this topic. I think the issue here is there may be ongoing codes offered such as an industry discount, and a sale discount offered simultaneously for one product. You don't want to restrict your industry discount just because you are offering everyone else a discount for one product. In this situation you have to have two variables showing at once. This is frivolous, frivolous indeed, but I'm willing to risk lifetime banishment from rtd just for asking . . . would it be within reason to ask that the admin panel, everything on the right side (not the blue side) tables be changed to border-collapse:collapse so there's a single border throughout?by cos - General Discussion
Starting a discussion here about the US Supreme Court decision regarding collection of sales tax for online sales.
