2nd that on the 1x1 transparent pixel. You do that by finding the appropriate icon in the Style you have chosen, then replace the default button image with the 1x1 pixel. We don't use the catalog or templates at all, so this trick hides those features entirely.by cos - General Discussion
The above graphic is the size. That's just a screen shot. You want to create your buttons and graphics at 72 dpi and make them whatever size fits comfortably within your design scheme. You can use any letter style you desire. It doesn't have to be web fonts because this is a graphic, but will want to choose styles that will be readable as a graphic. Not all fonts will look good on the web as a grby cos - General Discussion
You can do either. It's just a graphic. So you can download/copy the original and add to it, or create a complete new one to suit your needs. Once you've made your changes to the graphic, use Styles Setup of your choice to upload the new graphic.by cos - General Discussion
Beautiful my brother. Now about that steak. You know my private email. Send me a link to your favorite steak source and a payment method (paypal?) and you shall have your steak and eat it too!by cos - General Discussion

How's it going with the above discussions? This feature has been really useful. Now after using for a while have couple of suggestions. After a user signs in on this page, the results is a large outlined box with nothing in it. Our users don't know what to do next. So, I would like the default after user signs in to display three links in this box: Edit Profile - Past Orders - Saved Designsby cos - General Discussion
Could you give more description on what exactly is the issues you are experiencing? We get various output from the vector generator depending on what software is used to open the file. An image may appear to have missing parts, but depending on the software used to open it, and the method used to edit the image, the missing parts may show up. In Illustrator it can be unbearable. Too many options for this would create a mess. After using RTD for a while we understand how to do this and that. For the customer who uses only once or occasionally it is certainly not clear to them that they must remove the previous design from cart before or after adding when changes are made. One solution we have implemented is to trick RTD into giving instructions for doing this. The &quoby cos - General Discussion

Agreed. This needs to go to Paypal Pro.by cos - General Discussion
Okay. I'm seeing some that are detailed and some that are not. The detailed receipts show the "from" to be the customers email address. The simple receipts show the "from" to be from "service at paypal dot com" Anyone know why? Possibly customer has a Paypal account?by cos - General Discussion
And the beat goes on . . . I have noticed that as of YESTERDAY, the payment received notice sent to me from Paypal Pro contained ONLY the following info: Payment details Date and Trasaction ID: xxxxxx (I blocked this purposely) Description: order #0000026340 - my company name, Unit price: $61.70 USD Quantity: 1 Amount: $61.70 USD Total: $61.70 USD Today ALL OF A SUDDEN, theby cos - General Discussion
Cambridge, just following up this conversation for perhaps updated things to help other users. It appears, from my view anyway, that this issue was solved by the way RTD now handles Paypal payments. If you have Paypal Payments Standard (free) - RTD puts the Pay with Paypal button on your payment screen. Clicking this button takes your customer directly to the Paypal site to enter the info. Oh my God! You have no idea how much faster this is now. Completely back to the old speed. Thank you thesigndepot for posting about your issue. Thank you Alex for the solution and thank God for the "I found this now by pure luck". I am VERY happy I brought this up. It was driving me crazy. Would be nice to see more of the other RTD users out there post more often about issues. Thiby cos - General Discussion

I'm not convinced this is entirely the case. This is the 5th confirmed case of Paypal payments not being accepted or appearing or problems in the last 3 days. Several or more on our site. A friend in LA, not on RTD at all had two, and now yours. Everyone, after repeatedly trying has had the issue. Smells like Paypal problems to me. I've been having no problems with Firefox or Safari.by cos - General Discussion

Hi. I've created a way to use Customer Pickup in my UPS shipping tables so that UPS will return a charge of $0.00 for shipping. I uploaded a complete shipping table with nothing but 0.00 in all the fields and named the option Customer Pickup. Problem: It works in the shipping setup test area, but I can't get it to work when actually placing an order. Is there something I can do, or is thereby cos - General Discussion
My word of advise. Go Pro. You will save yourself a ton of headaches. The Standard is crappy for one reason: Your customers will not see the tiny link down the Paypal page that they must click on to pay with a credit card. Your customers will think they need a paypal account and will abandon the purchase. Pro is easy, fast and your customer will hardly notice they are using Paypal. Pro costs moreby cos - General Discussion
Every object has an align button. Clicking brings up a diolog to align to the design area and text justification. I don't know of a way to align different objects to one another. That would be a really useful function. You can also use the show grid feature to visually line things. We use that a lot.by cos - General Discussion
Admin Wrote: To access this feature set edit the product in admin - select PRODUCT OPTIONS - MANAGE DEFINE PRODUCTS -EDIT - ENABLE DIRECT TO CART. The thin black line issue: It is good to be there in some cases and not so good in others. For most products, we place the RTD pdf's into the printing app. Ungroup the image and delete the line. There remains a white background which we select, make very light gray and show as outline only. This gives a cut line on the product and a visible line-up object. However, for products like banners, we lby cos - General Discussion

Okay. Have been practicing your hints this week and you are correct. Thanks for your instruction. I'm glad we've cleared this up. Ending "sessions" is not something I would have thought about, but makes sense and it works. I'm thinking more of the shops that use RTD do not integrate the service in a public showroom setting as we have. We use RTD for a lot of walk-in customers as wby cos - General Discussion
Correction for previous post. "When users choose "Not Registered?" or "Forgot Password?" and then decides that is not what they want to do, there is no way to go back. It creates a dead end.
