Thanks. Yes, next day, 2 day are obvious. Just ground needs the time in transit. Ground in the USA spans 6 days so that will be very useful for users. As for USPS, nothing surprises me with them anymore after working with them for a couple of years.by cos - General Discussion
My bad. Nix that 2nd Day Air Saver. It should just be 2nd Day Air as is already in rtd list. So, just need Next Day Air Saver.by cos - General Discussion
UPS Live Enabled methods available in rtd are: Next Day Air 2nd Day Air Ground 3 Day Select Can you add these two Saver choices? We can get very good negotiable rates on these and be more competitive against other carriers. Many customers would not care that the package possibly arrives later in the day. Hi user1986. We asked this same question at the beginning of last year when UPS and Fedex decided to move to dim weight calculations as USPS already had in practice. Alex had a great idea to perform some calculations which approximate dim weight results. It’s a backend function that Alex applied just to our company. I can report that it works good enough for our purposes to use against live USPby cos - General Discussion
Using Product Configurator you can do that as a product option. Define the scenario in the main admin panel at left Product Configurator Options => Manage/Define Configurator Fields. Then set them in Configure Products => Configure Instant Pricing and Product Configurator. In Manage Pricing Structure Options => PRICING ADD-ONS BASED ON PRODUCT CONFIGURATOR VALUES you choose to make tby cos - General Discussion
Answering from Ernesto's question (which Ernesto will need to do) and having no viable solution, the extra step cancels a step for his users in what to do after the upload. But, it adds a step for everyone else. Kinda catch 22. From real world experience, I can tell you that we've fielded a number of calls from users who can't figure it out. I know. It seems simple to us. We are fine as it is.by cos - General Discussion
A suggestion that may be a good solution for everyone . . . What about adding an extra step after the upload and before showing the clipart in the library "Image successfully uploaded. Would you like to add it to the design now?" If yes, then go directly to the designer. If no, show the usual library.by cos - General Discussion
For Direct to Cart products, the Quantity selection screen doesn't show when "Disable Quantity Selection when Adding To Cart" is set to No in Config. At least that's what I'm seeing. That could be useful to have, but I think an even more useful feature would be to allow the quantity selection (i.e. the quantity price list) to be shown (optional) in the Instant Pricing screen for Embeddaby cos - General Discussion
So that's it. I cascaded backwards. I guess we could call that ascended instead of cascaded. Thanks.by cos - General Discussion
Testing .... Into Styles Setup => Direct CSS hides all floatingdiv headers. #tabs_floatingdiv_header { display: none !important; } How to target just the order form? I see that you have that into the block of code for the Text Label (if that is the purpose there), but it isn't hiding.by cos - General Discussion
I guess the default tabs_floatingdiv_extclass_orderform is closed using the left and right close icons on the tabs_floatingdiv_header. We would like to display:none tabs_floatingdiv_header (easy enough) and add a Close Cart button in the window to be more consistent with the flow. This is done in the view_cart area through html in Text Labels just fine. Can't get that to work for orderform. Iby cos - General Discussion
After a bit of work with this new text area, I can say it makes for quick work producing nice chunks of code whether short or long. We do have a few suggestions which could speed production even more. 1. Add a Template Picker somehow into the export format area. This would allow for exporting only the ratio formats one would desire to use. 2. Add a Line Export Format SAVE option to keep sniby cos - General Discussion
Yes, I enjoy talking to myself. I was out of town yesterday, so glad you caught up with me. Gen raw export . . . Don't know why I haven't seen that, except that we have mostly used Product Templates and the API for Gen Templates in a broad kinda way. Still, with some exploration this would be the Holy Grail for certain situations. I will have some additional conversations with myself and rby cos - General Discussion
Alex, your previous instruction: Details about it can be found here: http://support.realtimedesigner.com/wiki/doku.php/rtd_manual_ch_07_artwork_templates#template_mass_link_builder I think it should have been the section right above there LINKING TO GENERAL TEMPLATES FROM EXTERNAL PAGES.by cos - General Discussion
There's a lot of possibilities here. Will need to work through them.by cos - General Discussion
Am I nuts? Was this there or did you add a new link builder => General Templates Raw Export? That is exactly what we are after. Does the job. Bravo! If I may be so bold as to ask one request for that page. If you could do this, it would be the HOLY GRAIL for building product pages, especially private product pages. Change that Line Export Format field to a text editor style field respby cos - General Discussion
Answer is yes, gen templates show. Had to revert to original css. But now, this does answer some questions. I can't see that it shows hidden general template categories, which is what we are after here. Also, working through this old catalog to do what we are trying to achieve would be a chore to say the least. So, on to a suggestion. I agree that would be extremely hard and confusing to add sby cos - General Discussion
A quick question first. Haven't touched the catalog in quite some time. Does that reference you have there show General Templates? We may have hidden those as they aren't showing. Wanted to know before I go digging through old territory.by cos - General Discussion
Using Links and Builders => General Templates Links. Would it be possible for another step to be put into that process wherein one could choose which product size to use instead of the default set for the product? Or is that possible already?by cos - General Discussion

I'm reading. Merry Christmas to everyone. This has been interesting to follow and will benefit many. I think most users would be familiar with a drop down method for size. I really like the slider better, but only if the text is instantly responsive to the slide like the rotate text works. The pause for text update is cumbersome, even for me.by cos - General Discussion
Hi Greg. Welcome to this forum. I would like to chime in, now that you've made yourself pubic. It's always such a pleasure to see someone take the designer in a new directions as you've done. Great job. We will be following this cmyk experiment with great interest.by cos - General Discussion
The css solution is just fine. Thanks.by cos - General Discussion
We noticed the Recolor this morning and couldn't remember seeing that previously. That is a good help. Thanks.by cos - Announcements from the RealTimeDesigner Team
The Remove Background Colors feature is a very useful tool, but at the same time might not be what the user expected in the end. What do think about the text inside the tool at top that reads "CLICK ON YOUR IMAGE TO PICK A COLOR" to be added to Configure Text Labels so it can be customized? And I guess the "RETURN TO UPLOAD SCREEN" button would be on a line by itself.by cos - General Discussion
I think the touch solution works just fine. Can the size of the popup be modified using css?by cos - General Discussion
