Text special effect does not download properly

When my customer uses special effect on text such as arch. When we download order file, it does not reflect the "arched text". Instead file image shows just plain text without special effect customer chosed. Why is that and how can we fix this?

We just had the same issue. A customer ordered a custom yard sign yesterday with "arched text" on his design. His export file didn't reflect the special effect which we didn't catch until after the customer received his sign via overnight delivery. So we're giving him a refund for the error.

To test we tried another design with "arched text" and had the same issue. When you get a chance please give us an update when you know. Thanks.

I'm sorry but it's not a problem, it's a known limit. A more detailed reply can be read here:

Also, since then, I've added a new tool for including a lowres reference file in the vector output. It's the first one described here:

Basically, you have 3 options:

1) Download Vector and re-create the effects
2) Turn off the drawing effects that aren't supported in Vector format
3) Download the files in bitmap where these effects are fully supported.
