How consistent is the design URL assignments

For some programming trickery that I want to perform, I would like to know how consistent the URL assignments might be given to future designs. For instance, each time a new design template is created I've noticed the URL link is essentially the same, just the number at the end has changed:

designer.realtimedesigner.com/mygenerator/index.php&cpi=1957&cti=143

Is it safe to say that all information before the = will always remain the same for my generator or is that subject to change at some future date?

By the way, I'm having major despair of missing the show in Orlando. Hope all went well.

The link is pretty consistent, but let me remind you of a few things that might save some time....

1) Not sure what you're doing, but when logged in as admin, you can get the link to any entry point into the designer.

2) You can build the raw HTML code for a catalog of your templates using the mass template link builder. Just copy & paste the code into your own page and format it to your liking.
