transfer of shirt images

Alex,
We haven't decided on how to proceed with adding shirts to our site. We are now thinking of adding it to our existing line and just use RTD as we do now. The issue I see right now is that on your backend it show the front and back of the t-shirt but when transfered to our site it only shows the front image of the t-shirt.

Your question sounds so.... mysterious!
I really cannot understand which issue you're talking about.

Have you set up your RTD product to be 2 sided and configured them both?
And if so, are,t you seeint the button to change side in your designer?

I think some name reference, sshot or link would help. The solution is surely super easy, but as I cannot see the issue I cannot provide any help.

The RTD cart shows both the front and back image.

When it transfers to our front end cart it only shows the front of the shirt.

Our cart, which you did some custom work for us only shows the front image.

That's why I asked to be more specific.
The RTD has nothing to do with this. You're talking about the thumbnails shown in Opencart!

So, the way to fix it is related to the RTD/Opencart plugin.
The version you have might be quite old. But what I need is a valid FTP in order to go in there and fix the issue.

I tried the old credentials I had ever since I had this project with you, but they seem to be not working anymore.
Can you email me valid FTP access credentials?
