Weight issues

Alex,
We are hearing from customers about weight/shipping issues. We recently had a customer order 22 items with a weight of 0.25 lbs.each. Instead of seeing a total weight of around 5 lbs, the weight is displayed at around 50 lbs. Could this be a system issue, or something we need to adjust?

I'd need to see it happening to answer properly. Is there an order# I can look at where this issue is visible?

In that order, customer ordered 12 + 10 Golf Flag (Grommets) and yes, they are 0.25 lbs each. Total would need to be 5,5 lbs.
But order is saved as 49.5 lbs, so question is where the extra 44 lbs are from?
Considering you have 22 products, it seems there's something adding 2 lbs to each item.

Looking into your product configurator fields (which can actually carry an extra weight), I see 3 options that has a 2 lbs weight value, and one of those is "Golf Cups => No"

So the math is actually correct. You need to fix the weight value in your Manage/Define Configurator Fields in order to solve the issue.
