Woocommerce total price issue

Hi, we are having an issue with the total price, looks like RTD pricing (variable on size) is ignored by Woocommerce. Any ideas please? Screenshot attached.

The box where is says woocommerce to override RTD is unchecked.

Our senior developer who created the plugin is out this week on vacation. You issue is most likely a result of a conflict with our plugin and another plugin or possibly even the theme you are using. My best guess would be that the name of a tag was changed and the plugin can no longer find it. Alex will return on Monday and should be able to point you in a better direction then.

Ok, will try another theme and play around with plugins until he is back.

which version of Woocommerce are you running?
The plugin is known to have pricing issues with the newest 3.x versions, so if that's what you're using that might be the cause.

I see Woocommerce 2.7.0. I read that it was re-versioned as Woocommerce 3.0.0. Hmmm

That might very well be the cause then. I remember I've already seen item price correct but wrong totals, on the 3.x versions.
Of course we're planning to make a new 3.x compatible version, but that's not under the short-term radar yet
