Order Payment Issue

Alex,
We have two orders marked as paid, yet we have received no payment information. It has happened on to products we have recently added/tweaked. All other paid orders have processed normally. Any thoughts?

Products should relly not affect result of payment operations.
The order numbers would be needed for me to check what happened.
Also, order numbers not older than 24 hours would be better as there are some temp files that carry details of the payment screen which are normally removed after such timespan
