Add Concatenate field for External Variables

Hi. I would like to request an additional field into External Notification on Submittal called something like EXTERNAL VARIABLE CONCATENATED

The calculation of which is to combine all the EXTERNAL VARIABLE FIELDS data into one concatenated field for export. Maybe as comma separated?

So it might look like this:

EXTERNAL VARIABLE CONCATENATED: mycode1,mycode2,mycode3

This will make it much easier to use variables externally when they are added or removed.

Parsing the results and looking for EXTVAR vields should not be hard.
However, such code already exists, and it is the [RTD_EXTVARS_QRY] one, which will return extvars in querystring form
