Raster Output max scale

Hi Alex:
Have your considered increasing the Scale ratio option? It would good if I could download some larger file size for some products. Maybe charge for the ability to do so if it puts a strain on the server?

The limit of 6 for raster scales is an educated guess to avoid problems.
Servers are the same for everyone, so avoiding stress is not a matter of $$$, but being sure there will be no slowdowns for anyone.
