Editing Existing Templates

Hi, can somebody please tell me how I can edit the existing templates to make them what I want them to be?

For General Templates see attached file. General templates are generic to every product that uses them. So choose any product to change them on. The same templates show up for every product.

For Product Templates you cannot save over them, but you can load them and save then delete the old version. Just remember that all links to the old version will need to be replaced with links to the new version.
