The screenshot shown in demo version are old ones: they are just how Rtd was before.
Now we organized things better, to have a more condensed layout.
Anyhow, the main difference between old version and actual one is the items control area: in the screenshots you can see sliders and many lines "wasted" for a single element, too many to have a nice layout with MANY items in designer.
Anyhow, playing with styles options you can obtain very similar results as well: a good combination of images/colors/wording can really make the difference.
