New issue with JPG and PNG artwork files

In the last week to a week and a half, artwork outputted as JPG or PNG will have a white box behind cliparts. It will cover up layer behind as well. Sometimes the whole area is white where a clipart is and you can't even see anything. Wondering what this issue is. This is something that has not happened before. It is happening when users use our own EPS files that are uploaded to RTD.

Reading what you wrote it seems related to the EPS rasterization process. But I guess it may be happening only on some files and not all.
To look at the issue i'd need a couple of order# showing the issue, so I can try and see myself.
can you provide some?

PS: i may be slightly slower then usual in replying to this. Currently we're in Orlando setting thigs up for the ISA and by tomorrow till Saturday.... showtime!!!

We haven't noticed this issue at all.
