RealTimeDesigner is a huge project invovling several thousand lines of code. We try very hard to make it bug free but there's always a chance we've overlooked something.
If you find a bug or have issues to report to us, please follow these guidelines:
1) Your company name (the one you used when you signed up for RealTimeDesigner
2) the product category-product-size experiencing the issue
3) if related to an order, the order ID
4) a step by step description to recreate the issue
Providing this information will help us to quickly find the problem and get it correted for you.
Just like the auto mechanic - if we can't see the problem, we probably can't fix it either.
Add whatever may help: references, links, screenshots...
The more precise you will be, the faster we will be able to help solve the issue.
