We've added a new option when editing cliparts. It's the
FORCED WIDTH BEHAVIOR one.
It is meant to be used when
FORCED WIDTH is used as well (so, not zero).
It will accept 2 possible values:
Fixed - clipart will not be resizable at all (default).
Resizable - clipart will be resizable, but will be loaded by default at the specified size.
In other words, it's useful when you still wnat the clipart to be proportionally resizable by users, but for any reason you want to control it's initial physical size when first loaded into the designer.
