We keep adding new services and reducing our fees but some have asked "How do we know you won't raise our fees after we join?" .... So we've updated our Terms of Service

3. Fees
3.1 You agree to pay the fees on the terms stated in the Fee Schedule. Past due balances will be subject to a late payment charge equal to one percent (1%) per month.
3.2 Fees will not increase for the first 24 months after the activation date of your account.
3.3 RealTimeDesigner will provide 6 months notice of any proposed fee increases for existing users.
3.4 Fee Increases will be limited to 5% annually after the initial 24 months, and will be directly related to market costs for bandwidth and data storage should those costs reverse their current downward trend.
3.5 RealTimeDesigner will provide a billing credit of 1 day for each full 1 hour period that the RealTimeDesigner is not available for service due to technical difficulties of its code or servers. This does not apply to carrier or other outages beyond the data centers housing our equipment, nor does it apply to any fees related to orders received.
