You may have already noticed a small change in your admin panel's first page.
As we are now in the process of creating new tools to help our users, that page will be the home of many small tools, in future.
For example, i'm planning to create some wizards, IE a product configurator wizard or other tools that may be helpful for both new and experienced users.
However, so far, you will see only a first new option: the paid support.
Forum will still be our main source of communication with you, but as you know we're not always able to reply very quickly. We do our best, but doing free support on the forum is really a time consuming job sometimes.
For this reason, and for all the users who will need personal help, we've decided for that new module.
Our offer includes bascially four main options:
- mass clipatr upload
- support by email
- support by skype (voice and video)
- webinars on specific issues
For users who will need additional help, we truly hope this new option will be helpful for a better RTD experience.
