Scott, there's no way to do such selection, however the function to display those exists. So I altered it a little and now it should display the tooltip only if there's an actual text. In short, if you now try to to leave them blnk in text labels, it should disappear. Hope that helps!by Alex - General Discussion
Ok, I was faster than expected. Soooooo.... As you probably saw in the code, the "refresh" button actually calls a function named get_shown_colors(), which is responsible of.... calculating and showing colors. It will always have a little delay, as to check the actuyal colors the RTD has to "simulate" the full design to then check how many unique colors it contains. Thisby Alex - General Discussion
Hi there! Sorry for the late reply, I'm currently remodeling home and this means that also my usual workstation is a little... messy. Right now I'm replying from my phone. I'd need to check some codes. I'll return with a probably positive answer pretty soon, I'm rewiring the computer right in these hours. Alexby Alex - General Discussion
Hi Julie, Option #1: Some elements can be hidden right a product configuration level. In the CONFIGURE GENERATOR area described here: http://support.realtimedesigner.com/wiki/doku.php/rtd_manual_ch_08_product_setup#configure_generator you can quickly disable shapes and texts. For "my designs", that's a company level setting. Can be found in SYSTEM OPTIONS => Company Setup =by Alex - General Discussion
Hello, Actually no, nothing had been changed in the code. Sometimes a sporadic network issue might happen though, but that's beyond our control. As nothing changed on the coding level, I guess my other question is if this just happened sporadically or if it's something constant. I tried now, but had no issues at all Let me know, thanks! Alexby Alex - General Discussion
You're not alone... Unfortunately, this is because of recent "security" updates of browsers, which are described in these issues: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/61123108/this-set-cookie-was-not-stored-due-to-user-preference https://venturebeat.com/2020/05/19/google-chrome-83/ The point is this: with these new addition, who will be controlling the security settings will be tby Alex - General Discussion
I am sorry, but stores are mostly for different layous/products/endpoints. But from the RTD perspective, they're all the same company (you). For this, shipping options are global: there's no way to have different shipping options on a per-store basis. The only way would be to handle those orders externally, which means using the SILENT ORDER option and manage all the payment and shipping optionby Alex - General Discussion
Hi Craig, I can't understand if you want the link to go straight to a blank product designer, or the link to load a specific template only. You have not specified that, but I assume you are not talking about the regular RTD behavior but about an integrated RTD behavior, specifically an opencart integration. The procedure Scott kindly mentioned above is the right one to get the pure link toby Alex - General Discussion
Well, good to know it's intelligent Yep, I read about Safari being the only one for now. But I'm in doubt about everyone embracing this, honestly. I can understand about allowing CORS only when websites were bot hSSL, I can understand the same domain policy when I'm trying to READ the other website's cookies. But prevent setting cookies in other scenario basically means to make impossibleby Alex - General Discussion
I'd love to help, but here I know nothing about Zapier. Is a "Zap" some kind of module you configure in Zapier that basically works as a bridge to the RTD API? Said that way soulds like a place where you have to enter your credentials and then issue to it your RTD API requests instead of using the RTD API directly?by Alex - General Discussion
Still that sounds like a strange move. I understand about preventing from reading cookies cross-site, but technically this is not what RTD does. It uses its cookies only within the RTD itself, it is not trying to read "from" your website. However I cannot really test as I do not have Safari here. But I wanted to check something else. 1st, as also Chrome has the "do not track&by Alex - General Discussion
Ouch, this is a tough question. You have the designer loaded into frames, but you are serving RTD as HTTPS, right? I mean, I assume this issue is happening only when you use the popup. However, the security thing in past was to have this behavior allowed when both sites are served in SSL. If this update messes this thing up, I'm not really sure there's much we could do. I did several integration projects with various platforms, but never with Zapier. In general, as far as you do have a server able to make RTD API calls you can fetch whatever you want from the RTD. So, how much you can integrate really depends on which modification abilities you have on the target platform. For example, in case of something you host yourself (like Wordpress or Opencart), theby Alex - General Discussion
Hi there! #1 first. Yes, those emails adds the block you mentioned on top. I see your point though, and so I added the option you asked for. It's in SYSTEM OPTIONS => Configure Emails. For both company and customer submittal section there's now a new Prepend date/email header before body option, defaulted to yes. Set it to no and you should be good to go! Next, #2. Yes, the feature iby Alex - General Discussion
That's not about RTD setups. What you are using there is an API-based script that displays templates, so the rules to show/hide something should be done in the coding of the template browser itself. Something like "if there's only 1 subcategory then do not show it". Get in touch privately if you need assistance in doing so.by Alex - General Discussion
Hi Clay, Well, this is the RTD forum. It might not be the best place to discuss website biz strategies, but as RTD is involved too I'd say we can consider your subject 80% appropriate for this forum Fact is that there's no final receipe that works for everyone. Integrating with Wordpress+Woocommerce is a call a lot of RTD users made in latest years, but at the end all of them needed specifby Alex - General Discussion
And it's done!!! So: if your company had Fotolia enabled, now you will automatically see and use Dreamstime instead. In general everything should work identical from user perspective. However we all know only live use can detect possible bugs, so please le me know immediately in case of anything strange. As a side note: for the time being, I left the direct purchase feature enabled only foby Alex - Announcements from the RealTimeDesigner Team
Another update. The new provider will be Dreamstime. Testing is doing good, techincally we'd be good to release. However I am waiting for a reply from Dreamstime about some results of their API, specifically to build a proper pagination system. Although it might sound minor, without proper pagination I cannot offer proper... navigation! I assume I'll get such reply eary next week, but I'lby Alex - Announcements from the RealTimeDesigner Team
An update. It looks like fotolia is now gone. From the RTD, every search with it should return no results. We are already working with a new provider, whoever is currently using Fotolia should get an email from our staff pretty soon about this and eventual new pricing policies. When this will be done (and will be soon, probably before the end of this week), your integration will work justby Alex - Announcements from the RealTimeDesigner Team
API calls: There's a global parameter you can use in all your calls. It works just like the store_name one described on top of this page: http://support.realtimedesigner.com/index.php?area=docs§=apireference The parameter is use_rtd_ssl. If set to 1, it will return https links for everything. Assuming you have a PHP params array you're using for your calls, you an just add this toby Alex - General Discussion
Hello Craig, If you confirm you read and accept everything in my dedicated post, in general all should be good. Just one quick extra questions though: are you using at any level also RTD API? Because in that case some other steps will be needed, as the API by default still returns the normal http links if not tweaked. In any case, I've enabled your company for the test. If you will try noby Alex - General Discussion
In your product configuration (Configure Generator area) you need to enable the Enable "Save still image" button option. If you have it on already and by any chance you're still not seeing it, you might have it hidden from the CSS. In that case look in your DirectCSS for userbuttons_stillimage, which is the ID of tha button's containerby Alex - General Discussion
Could be both, only way would be to try that. First questions would be about plugin version you have, and checking if all the links are set correctly. Often I saw users mistakenly mixing www and non-www versions of their links thinking it's the same domain, while technically they're different and so removing in one might result in NOT removing in the other because of domain-based sessions. Samby Alex - General Discussion
The quick answers would be no for all. But you can play around a little with CSS. You cannot change the number of columns, but you can force it to just not respect the original table. Something like this could give you a 1-column layout: .local_table_fontspopup tr { display: inline; } .local_table_fontspopup th { display: inline-block; width: 100%; } .local_table_fontspopup th img { width:by Alex - General Discussion
Hi Julie, No, no change. The reason for not offering that are not really changed, they're mostly technical. The vast majority of elements in the RTD are still RGB files shown to users on an RGB device (monitor), so at the end the risk of false colors because of a massive mode change between those RGB and the CMYK you ask would be pretty high. In short, offering a proper CMYK output could hby Alex - General Discussion
That's the only thing you cannot rally change. You can control how big in pixels it will be though, that's one of the setting at product level in the RTD (Max W in designer and Max H in designer settings of sizes, described starting here). Now sorry in advance for this kinda complex reply, but you know... I like to be verbose and provide also some reasons for my replies! The reason for thaby Alex - General Discussion
I understand that, but you can imagine why it would be unfeasible to export such a thing directly from the RTD. When going beyond small sizes, exporting rasters at high DPI for large formats would result in a monster file. Not only it would be hard to manage it online, but would also take a lot of time to generate with a high risk of timeoutsby Alex - General Discussion
You can set it as you want by using DirectCSS settings at store level. It was first introduced here: http://support.realtimedesigner.com/forum/read.php?1,2999,2999 You can literally change every bit of you designer's CSS with it, and that includes of course the ability of using % instead of pixel values if you want toby Alex - General Discussion
By design the RTD export only at a max scale of 6 when exporting rasters like Jpegs. If you need more han that you can only use vectors. Is the size you're trying to obtain more than 6x ratio compared to designer's size?by Alex - General Discussion
