504 Gateway error

having problems, is anyone else getting this error?

504 Gateway Time-out
The server didn't respond in time.

trying to upload images

Not sure about this issue, but I couldn't even get to upload because for some reason when logged in, the upload button on my designer is shifted over to the right and out of screen. I don't believe that was the case before. I just had a returning customer also say they cannot get to that upload button as well so this is something new. Not sure if the two are related but have not had this issue yet in the past 7 years, so something must have changed with the coding.

Actually no, nothing had been changed in the code.
Sometimes a sporadic network issue might happen though, but that's beyond our control.

As nothing changed on the coding level, I guess my other question is if this just happened sporadically or if it's something constant. I tried now, but had no issues at all
