JPEG Export too small

JPEG Export too small

When exporting a JPEG from a test order, the generated file is in inches instead of feet.

The banner we are testing was set to 6 feet by 3 feet and the 150dpi export is 6 inches by 3 inches.

How do I export a file that is actual size?

By design the RTD export only at a max scale of 6 when exporting rasters like Jpegs.
If you need more han that you can only use vectors.
Is the size you're trying to obtain more than 6x ratio compared to designer's size?

We prefer to send files to the printer a rasters, 150dpi at final size.

It sounds like we need to either download a raster at a higher DPI or go with vector and rasterize.

I'll discuss this with my business partner.

Thanks

I understand that, but you can imagine why it would be unfeasible to export such a thing directly from the RTD.
When going beyond small sizes, exporting rasters at high DPI for large formats would result in a monster file. Not only it would be hard to manage it online, but would also take a lot of time to generate with a high risk of timeouts
