Templates

We have created some templates and add more of them as they become available. However we're not able to make the up-dates show in the RTD as shown with the following screen shots:

This is what our customers presently see when they start the decoration-creating process:


yet the latest template count is shown here:


Could you please indicate what we have to do so as to be able to show any potential customer the entire template collection available at any given moment.

Found it - the first screen shot above is the templates you have built. The second screen shot is your clipart. Templates and clipart are not the same thing.

Templates are made up of any number of clipart and text items. Once a template is saved, users can edit individual pieces of the template.

Other than color, cliparts can not be edited by the users.

If you wish to make a template for every piece of clipart in those clipart categories, you will need to change the clipart within the designer and save each template.
