I was wondering if it is possible to import files that were created on Photoshop to RTD designer for customers to customize the files.
Our website has pre-designed step and repeat templates (for backdrops, banners, stickers, etc) for our customers to use, but since it couldn't be uploaded onto RTD, customers had to call in to ask how they were supposed to customize the templates.
I tried to recreate the templates on RTD, but it's really hard to make as exactly as it is.
I realized that the file format when I download the file from RTD designer is .tng, but is it possible to upload any other file format than that? Like PSD? (so that customers can change the names, dates, images, etc)
