Filling Template Appears On Screen

I have RTD in a frame on my webpage. When the frame loads, a filling template window appears. This seems to only happen when the frame loads and there isn't a design. What can be causing this? I have been using RTD for about a year and I've never seen this pop up before.
Any help will be appreciated.

That box appears if you have text personalization enabled for your product.
With that setup, when the RTD is loaded with no template as in your case, that box appears first.
You just need to go in the CONFIGURE GENERATOR area of that product and make sure you have text personalization disabled.
