Custom Fonts

I uploaded a custom font. Then went through the config screens to enable it on the font selection menu. Then I used it. Now the preview PNG/JPG use this font. When I download the output PDF/PS file, it does not use this font.

Is this because of legal issues about fonts or just a "it doesn't work" issue?

the system parses the new fonts to be used for PDF/PS every hour.
If you tried generating PDF/PS immediately after uploading the font, the reason could be simply the routine hasn't already parsed it.
Please try again later, if the problem persists please tell me the ord# you're trying with.

You should get a vector output with your own fonts. We are looking into that right now to see if we can replicate your problem. We'll post the fix status here soon.

Next question.. why is there a box around the next text area below that one? "Include Guidelines" is set to no.

The text area uses a normal font, with a drop shadow.

The outline shows up on only that one text box in both the PS and PDF output.
