I don't know if it is related to the newest update of woocommerce. But if it is, I sent an email on April the 7th to all of our plugin users (including you, I checked) and I recommended, quoting myself:

For this, as it REALLY looks like this update can corrupt things, I would NOT UPDATE until it will be a little more stable.
So, if this is becuase you updated to the new Woo version 3.x then opening a paid support ticket is the only help we can provide.
