We've added 2 new data types on the "Quote Orders Requested Fields" and the "Online Payment Requested Fields"
The data types are:
YES/NO RADIO - YES REQUIRED
YES/NO RADIO - NO REQUIRED
By setting the initial value to the opposite of that required you can force your users to change the value thus acknowledging that they have read or accept your terms or conditions. (Be sure to set IS REQUIRED to YES)
We use this ourselves to alert users that submission is final acceptance of the agreement for purchase.
