Small tweak for Credit Card Payments (PayPal PRO)

As various forums around the internet confirms that the credit card feature of PRO, the one used also by RTD, seems to fail very often in verifying cards, i've applied a small change that hopefully will help in case of such issues.

When users are in the final page, where they have to decide how to pay, the "Credit Card" option will now leave the other choices on top of page.
In the following shot you can see what happens:
- leftmost image is the normal final page;
- rightmost image is what users will see now when paying with Credit Card.

Please note that, if they wiull select PayPal or Google, this header will naturally not be shown anymore.
Hopefully this will help in case of PRO fails in validating credit cards: at least, if cart is failing, users will still have the chance to use PayPal or Google, if available.
